Delivery & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
We send out in stock orders on average within 2-3 days but you will receive an automatic email when it has left our warehouse & is in the post - so you know to look out for it.
For "made to order items" (marked on applicable items pages) these can take on average 7-10 days but no more than 14 days. This is because they have to be ordered in & printed at the end of each week, then sent out to you. Please allow a little extra time for made to order items as items can take longer to arrive from suppliers. Again you will get an email when items have shipped & if there are any longer than expected delays we will keep you informed.
If you order a mix of in-stock & a made to order items your order will be sent when all items are ready to ship - not individually. If you want an in stock item quicker we advise ordering separately.
Please bear in mind we aren't Amazon with a huge warehouse of people sending items out round the clock - sometimes it can take a few days for all orders to be sent! If you are in a hurry feel free to drop us an email & we'll do our best to help out.
Can I track my order?
No. We use Royal Mail & to keep costs down we use the regular mail which means no tracking number or signatures. This is because on average our orders are single t-shirts which can easily be posted through a regular letterbox saving the hassle of having to be in to sign for something.
We will offer a courier option in the future.
My order hasn't arrived yet
For UK Orders
If you have received confirmation that your item has shipped please allow up to 5 days for them to arrive. Most items are sent first class, which means they should arrive the day after you receive the dispatch confirmation however First Class is no longer guaranteed by Royal Mail so it can take up to 3 days in remote areas. Also sometimes access cannot be gained by the postman, or the item is too big for your letterbox & no one was home to accept the item, so they will attempt a redelivery or take it back to the Sorting Office - usually they leave a card but this is not always the case.
If after 5 days you haven't received your item we recommend first checking with your local Sorting Office to see if there are any undelivered items for your address, then contacting us to let us know that there may be a problem.
It's been 2 weeks since I received my shipping confirmation
If it has been 2 weeks since shipping , you have not received your item and it is not at the Sorting Office then we will make a claim for a missing item with Royal Mail and arrange an immediate replacement order to be sent. If any items are out of stock then we will arrange an immediate refund.
For International Orders
If you have received confirmation that your item has shipped please allow up to 21 days for them to arrive. Average delivery times are 5 days for Europe, 7-10 days for USA, 10-14 days for Australia and 14-21 days for the rest of the world - however items have to pass through customs at their point of entry & this can delay orders, especially at busy times of year.
It's been 3 weeks since I received my shipping confirmation
If it has been3 weeks since shipping , you have not received your item and it is not at the Post/Sorting Office then we will make a claim for a missing item with Royal Mail and arrange an immediate replacement order to be sent. If any items are out of stock then we will arrange an immediate refund.
Returns & Exchange
You can return some items (see below) but postage & packaging is non-refundable and there is a restocking fee of £1 for returns. If you wish to exchange an item you will be charged for postage costs again.
What can I return/exchange
Only items marked as "instock" can be returned or exchanged - "made to order" items cannot. Any return/exchange item must be in original resale condition, unworn & returned within 30 days of receipt.
What can't I return
"Made to order" items cannot be returned or exchanged for another size. This is because they are custom made for you so we cannot resell them. You cannot return any item you have washed or worn.
Damaged or faulty goods
If an item is damaged or faulty we will replace it at no cost to you.
I've received the wrong item/size
Mistakes happen from time to time, they are rare, but they do happen. If you received the wrong item or wrong size, let us know & we'll get you the correct items at no extra cost to you.
